What is a Food Log?
Calorie Healthy food log is a set of tools for monitorying your daily food intake. You can simply add foods, remove foods and add custom foods to your daily food report. To add food to the food log you simply select the add food button, a window will popup and in here you can enter the food you wish to search for. The food will be returned in the window, displaying the amount of Calories, Fats, Protein etc. You can change the portion sizes and all values will automatically update. Finally you then just click the add to food log button.
The graphical toolset will now display on the food log the amount of calories, fats, protein etc under the title you have selected to add the food. Their are size Food Titles: Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner and Evening Snack. Within the food log you can also add custom foods and favourites
So what is a Fitness Log?
